Anita is a native of the Central Valley, born and raised in Modesto.  She has worked in the legal profession for the past 15 years and provides paralegal support in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury and criminal defense.  Anita graduated from the California State University, Stanislaus Paralegal Program in 1994.  Prior to entering the legal profession, Anita spent 12 years in law enforcement with the Department of Corrections.

William is a native of the Central Valley, born and raised in Merced.  William began his work in the legal field in 2006 as a Court Clerk for the Mariposa County Superior Court.  He joined the law firm as a legal assistant in June 2008.  William graduated from the California State University, Hayward.  In his free time, William participates in the Mariposa Rotary Club.

Rosalba was born and raised in Merced.  She graduated in 1995 from Merced High School and attended MTI College, in Orange, California where she completed her Paralegal Studies and obtained her Paralegal Certification.  Rosalba has worked in the legal profession since 1996 and has worked in Southern California, Northern California and now the Central Valley.  Rosalba joined Allen, Fagalde, Albertoni & Flores in October 2008 and provides paralegal support in the areas of family law, criminal defense, civil litigation and personal injury. 

Pamela Leonard - Pam@mercedlaw.com

Pam is a native Californian.  She was born in Watsonville and raised in Merced.   She graduated in 1972 from Merced High School and attended various colleges in California, majoring in Business Administration.  Pam completed her Paralegal Studies and obtained her Paralegal Certificate through ICS in 1991.  Pam worked as a paralegal for a law firm in Mariposa for 20 years and when the office closed sought work in Merced. She joined Allen, Fagalde, Albertoni & Flores in February, 2010 and provides paralegal support in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury and estate planning/probate matters.  She is also well versed in Family Law.
