Anita is a native of the Central Valley, born and raised in Modesto.  She has worked in the legal profession for the past 15 years and provides paralegal support in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury and criminal defense.  Anita graduated from the California State University, Stanislaus Paralegal Program in 1994.  Prior to entering the legal profession, Anita spent 12 years in law enforcement with the Department of Corrections.

Denise was born and raised in Merced.  She graduated in 1977 from Merced High School and Fresno City College in 1979 obtaining an Associate in Science Degree.  Denise has worked in the legal profession since 1977 in Fresno, Madera, Mariposa and Merced Counties.  Denise joined Allen, Proietti and Fagalde in February of 2003 and is the firm's paralegal for trusts, wills, estates and probates.  Denise is also experienced in Family and Civil (state and federal) practice.

William is a native of the Central Valley, born and raised in Merced.  William began his work in the legal field in 2006 as a Court Clerk for the Mariposa County Superior Court.  He joined the law firm as a legal assistant in June 2008.  William graduated from the California State University, Hayward.  In his free time, William participates in the Mariposa Rotary Club.

Rosalba Ramirez - Rosalba@mercedlaw.com

Rosalba was born and raised in Merced.  She graduated in 1995 from Merced High School and attended MTI College, in Orange, California where she completed her Paralegal Studies and obtained her Paralegal Certification.  Rosalba has worked in the legal profession since 1996 and has worked in Southern California, Northern California and now the Central Valley.  Rosalba joined Allen, Fagalde, Albertoni & Flores in October 2008 and provides paralegal support in the areas of family law, criminal defense, civil litigation and personal injury.
